DATA WE COLLECT
You provide data at the point of subscription and when we request further information with regards to entering and/or attending ‘The Queer Student Awards’.
We use the third party websites 'Squarespace.com' and ‘Google Drive’ as our marketing and storage platforms. By providing the following required data:
- email address
- first and last name
We may also ask for additional data from you if you are entering The Queer Student Awards and/or purchasing tickets to attend the live final. We will only ever ask for data that is needed to help us run the event and where the data you provide is not essential for this an ‘optional’ field will be provided.

The information you provide here is used to to provide you with regular updates on ‘The Queer Student Awards’ and relevant information from sponsors and partners of the event.
