Part of the planning process for QSA2026 will involve evaluating our approach to partner relationships in 2025.

Please can you spend some time reflecting on our partnership this year before completing this form with as much detailed and specific feedback as possible about the package elements that we offered to you in 2025, notably those which were not used by your organisation that we have already shared over email. Some questions only apply to certain packages - these are clearly labelled.

The form is anonymous to help collect honest responses from everyone. These will then be compiled and a summary shared alongside our impact report once this is ready.

Overall do you think the partnership package offered included elements that aimed to build your employer brand with LGBTQ+ students?

The package elements that were offered to all partners were: - company logo on website homepage - company logo on every email newsletter - partner profile on the QSA website - bonus partnership for National Queer Students Day (logo on website and relevant social media posts) Platinum and gold partners were also offered: - access to data opt-ins from nominators, finalists and guests - the opportunity to announce a category winner at the live final - apprentice/graduate 'Q&A' insights article on the QSA website during Pride month

ALL PARTNERS: Promotion/support for the event on social media from 10th December 2024 through to the final on 26th June 2025

This is the period during which entries were open, finalists were announced and the event itself took place

ALL PARTNERS: Opportunity to host an event in your business to support National Queer Students Day on February 5th

We launched National Queer Students Day on Wednesday 5th February this year. All partners were encouraged to host their own event and ideas and support on how to do this were shared via our website and email communications.

ALL PARTNERS: Opportunity to enter our student employer categories

All partners could enter one of three categories: - Rising Star of the Year - Role Model of the Year: Business Leader - Student Employer of the Year There was a lack of interest/engagement from most student employers this year which meant we could only run one of these categories for the first time in 5 years.

PLATINUM/GOLD ONLY: Apprentice/Graduate 'Q&A' insight article published on the QSA website during Pride month

Platinum and gold partners were asked to nominate an apprentice or graduate that we could interview to be featured on the QSA website.

PLATINUM/GOLD ONLY: Opportunity to announce a category winner on stage at the event

Platinum and gold partners were given the opportunity to nominate an LGBTQ+ employee to announce one of our winners on stage at the event

What do you think is missing from the QSA partnership packages?

Please provide specific examples, bearing in mind that the QSAs have a strong LGBTQ+ community/celebration focus and are not marketed as a recruitment event.

In future we would like to ask partners to support us with reimbursing travel and accommodation costs for students attending (where this is requested) - is this something you think student employers would support us with?
